In 2024, we again achieved silver status in the EcoVadis rating and improved by 4 points compared to the previous year. This puts us in the top 5% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the “Provision of information technology services” sector. Overall, we were ranked in the top 15% of all companies assessed in the last 12 months.
Once again this year, we had to present our corporate values in the areas of “Environment”, “Labor and Human Rights”, “Ethics” and “Sustainable Procurement”. According to EcoVadis, our strengths include
- the provision of and compliance with guidelines on various environmental issues
- various measures to conserve resources
- comprehensive labor and human rights guidelines
- New Work initiatives (actions for the health and safety of employees, flexible work organization, regular evaluation of individual performance, provision of training and further education, etc.)
- as well as far-reaching ethical guidelines on fraud prevention, data protection, etc.
Of course, as in previous years, there is room for improvement and EcoVadis has shown us where potential for improvement lies dormant. We will work on these over the course of the year and try to improve our ranking again next year.
However, there is a much more important goal behind this: as a sustainable company, we want to play our part in protecting the environment and at the same time promote trusting, transparent and value-based cooperation with all employees, customers and partners.
