Can I test weasl before I buy it?

Of course. You can conveniently experience the look and feel of our weasl assistant for 2 weeks using existing examples from the perspective of a work - without having to create work instructions yourself.

Does each user need their own license?

No. weasl works with concurrent user licenses. This means that you only need as many licenses as there are users working with the system at the same time.
