Goal

The customer wanted automatic processing and analysis of the machine tool data generated for service purposes, as well as the consolidation of master data, machine data and service information.

All machine data should be stored and accessible in a central digital machine and plant register.

Implementation

iSAX executed the full implementation and control of the project with its own team of developers:

  • assistance in the deployment and configuration of the ThingWorx installation
  • analysis of the existing data structures
  • development of a solution architecture and implementation in a corresponding application
  • training of the customer's employees in the use of ThingWorx

Benefit

For the customer, this results in a reduction of analysis times in service, as an automated reaction to events, errors and deviations can take place. Furthermore, customer service is supported and warranty cases are assessed more efficiently. By consolidating all data, an overview of service-relevant equipment is created.
