From increasing product quality, greater transparency and traceability to more efficient training of new employees – the untapped potential of digital worker assistance lies dormant in many companies. This was also confirmed by the joint roadshow with our partners ACP and PTC. At the invitation of the ACP Group, we spent a week on the road in Bavaria discussing the topic of worker efficiency with manufacturing companies from a wide range of industries. Not only the participants, but also we, were amazed at the wide variety of use cases for digital assistants that were collected.
What are the current challenges in production? How can these be solved efficiently with digital work instructions? Where are the use cases with the greatest added value? All questions and answers were put on the table in the presentations and accompanying discovery workshops. Under the guidance of our experts, the participants identified initial ideas and approaches, which they explained to the group one by one. The joint exchange provided the participants with inspiration for their own solutions. As a result, more than two dozen use cases were identified for the sensible use of digital worker guidance systems in production.
