Goal

  • development of several dashboard applications for harmonization and automation of KPI calculation
  • mapping of various production KPIs from different data sources such as Process Information Management System or SAP for different user groups
  • focus on the criteria productivity, quality and ESH (Environment, Safety and Health)
  • real-time availability of KPIs for targeted process optimization

Implementation

iSAX carried out the implementation together with an Evonik team in agile Scrum projects. This included, among other things:

  • development of configurable ThingWorx widgets
  • data transfer between widget and data lake using ThingWorx services
  • management of user rights and frontend roles for multiple plants via ThingWorx
  • comment function for KPI owners
  • data integration via Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services and ThingWorx Services
